The Sprint Corporation (now T-Mobile) relocated an existing Furniture and PC team to a new space in Lenexa.

The project program consisted of planning for a 45,500 square foot furniture group and 58,400 square foot PC group. The Furniture space included open office to support a warehouse and shop to receive, repair/assemble, store, and distribute new and used furniture. The PC space consisted of office, lab room, warehousing, and repair/assembly benches. HJM collaborated with the two teams to plan and design the spaces for efficiency in product and personnel circulation.
