Scholars Row is a multifamily project on Troost Avenue that transformed urban living in Kansas City. Inspired by the efficiency of Singapore's top-tier hotels, Scholars Row introduces loft-style studio apartments that seamlessly merge affordability with the familiar comforts of a one-bedroom loft. HJM’s goal was to craft an environment where tenants experience full comfort and cleanliness where culture and diversity is celebrated in the common spaces.
