The Vistawall Architectural Products, a subsidiary of Butler Manufacturing Group, is constructing a new office and manufacturing facility in Shanghai. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with an attached two-story office building. The exterior building materials are horizontal metal panels and aluminum storefront windows that showcase Vistawall's own products. The bold design of the cantilevered entrance canopy to the office building uses white horizontal metal panels on the horizontal element and granite panels on the vertical element. A two-story atrium at the office building's entrance has a pyramidal skylight that allows natural light inside the office areas. The building is situated on the existing Butler Manufacturing site in Shanghai.
The factory building will produce aluminum storefront elements for Asian installations.
