Shorewood Packaging Corporation is one of the world's leading manufactures of folding cartons, with ten (10) plants in United States and Canada. The 24 foot high facility is a pre-engineered metal building designed with stylwall metal panels. The two story office portion of the facility is constructed of a continuous curtain wall system with butt joint glazing. The floor of the manufacturing area is a structural concrete slab, designed for 1200 lbs./sq.ft., supported on precast concrete piles. Special isolated concrete floor slabs were designed for presses.

The two story office portion of the facility consists of a lobby, offices, conference rooms, employee dining, private dining, food service, men's and women's toilets, locker rooms and showers. The first and second floors of the office area are designed with heating and cooling.
