The Ningbo Amico Investment Co., Ltd. is the largest producer of plumbing products in China with markets internationally. Among the products they manufacture are: brass water meters, valves and faucets, and PVC and copper water supply piping. They also produce stainless steel, copper and brass from raw materials.

Five manufacturing buildings with a total of 102,360 square meters are pre-engineered metal buildings with concrete masonry block and vertical ribbed metal wall panels and Butler MR-24® roof panels. Roof lite panels allow natural light into the manufacturing buildings. A four story office building, one story dining hall and 2 story activity hall are also preengineered metal buildings with horizontal metal wall panels, aluminum curtainwall and Butler MR-24® roof panels. Onsite dormitory and apartment buildings each 6 stories, will house the majority of Amico’s employees. The master plan allows for maximum green space with a park-like setting and recreation areas for the employees.
