Markor Furniture Company will occupy the three story retail building, where furniture will be displayed for purchasing by the public. The attached warehouse will house the in-stock furniture for immediate pickup after purchase. The seven story office building, with a main entrance on the opposite side, will be available for leasing to other commercial companies.

The underground parking structure will support the car parking requirements of the retail and office building. The building structure consists of a structural steel frame, covered with prefinished horizontal metal wall panels and vertical butt-glazed curtain wall system. Accent features of the retail building consist of two curved decorative glass block walls on each side of the front entry, which includes an entrance canopy. An open stair, accessing all retail levels, is a prominent interior design feature.
