Kennametal is a global provider of tools, tooling systems, supplies and services to the metalworking industry. The 36 ft. high facility is a pre-engineered metal building designed with spandral glass and two color stywall metal panels. The structural concrete slab on grade was designed for 350 lbs./sq.ft. and 600 lbs./ft. on precast concrete piles.

The First Floor includes: lobby, conference rooms, training room, lunch room, private dining, men's and women's toilets, locker rooms, and showers, CVD coating, equipment demonstration, pressing/sintering room, grinding area manufacturing area and packing/shipping area. The Second Floor Mezzanine includes: administrative offices, conference rooms and open office area.
