Tongda Aerosol Company is a leading manufacturer of household pesticide/fragrance products, located in Jiang-Su, China, in close vicinity of Shanghai. The major products include aerosol pesticide and solid (gel) room fragrances. The products are marketed in most provinces of China, as well as North America, Europe and southeast Asia. The facility consist of three main buildings plus support facilities.
1. Three-story Office Building consisting of Administrative Tower and Research & Development Tower.
2. Non-aerosol production plant.
3. Aerosol production plant.
The buildings are designed to be steel framed with metal wall panels and roof panels.
