The Jacobs Chuck Manufacturing Co. is a manufacturer of high tech drill chucks including keyless chucks, used on portable power tools. The facility is a pre-engineered metal building with a structural concrete slab on precast concrete piles, designed for 250 lbs. per sq. ft. The entire building, including the manufacturing area, is air conditioned and is equipped with a fire sprinkler system. The building was designed to allow for future expansion on the 15,000 sq. meter site. The first floor includes lobby/reception, offices, lunch room, men's and women's toilets, locker rooms and showers and manufacturing area with an air compressor system. The second floor mezzanine includes administrative offices and meeting rooms.
