Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. is a publicly listed, leading manufacturer of HV and LV electrical power control systems. The complex, a landmark building within the ancient city of Nanjing, consists of an 215,278 sq. ft., eight story office tower, a 247,537 sq. ft. manufacturing and testing facility, and a 104,269 sq. ft., six story training center.

Steel structural systems are used in the manufacturing facility, while concrete structural systems are employed in the office tower and training center. State of the art metal panel and glazing technology is utilized throughout the complex.

The office tower consists of both open and private offices, design labs, testing facilities, and employee canteen. The training center contains training facilities for two hundred, a one hundred and eight two-bedroom dormitory, and exercise and recreation areas, including pool and ball courts. The manufacturing and testing facility consists of a 231,972 sq. ft. production floor and a 15,564 sq. ft. mezzanine containing office and conference areas.
