Freightliner is the largest manufacturer of trucks over 33,000 lbs. The truck manufacturing plant is the first facility built outside of North America for the manufacturing of Freightliner trucks and will produce forty-five trucks per day. The 30 ft. high facility is a pre-engineered metal building with a structural concrete slab designed for 250 lbs./sq.ft. on precast concrete piles.

The First Floor includes: truck demonstration and training room, full service kitchen, cafeteria, men's and women's toilets, locker rooms and showers, manufacturing area with assembly lines and crane systems. The Second Floor Mezzanine includes administrative offices.

HJM ARCHITECTS, INC. provided complete architectural services for the project from schematic design through construction documents and coordinated civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering design.
