The Butler (Tianjin) project consists of pre-engineered metal buildings. The exterior wall of the office building is designed with horizontal metal panels and curtain wall system, and the main entrance including the pedestrian canopy utilizes a steel plate with stiffener fascia system and includes skylights. The exterior wall of the plant building is designed using pre-cast concrete panels at base of walls and vertical metal panels above. Central air conditioning and heating system is provided for the entire office buildings and exterior louvers are provided in the plant building for ventilation air circulation.

The main office building includes: main lobby, show room, open and individual offices, cafeteria, training room, conference room and toilets. The factory office includes: lobby, conference rooms, open and individual offices, cafeteria, toilets and shower facilities.

HJM ARCHITECTS, INC. provided complete architectural services for the project from schematic design through construction administration, and coordinated civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services.
