The Butler (Shanghai) headquarter office building is a pre-engineered metal building with three-story in height. The exterior wall of the building is designed with vertical metal panels and curtain wall system, and main entrance including pedestrian canopy uses horizontal wall panels and skylights. Central air conditioning and heating system is provided within the entire building.

The facility includes: main lobby, show room, open and individual offices, canteen, training room, conference room, coffee, and toilets.

HJM ARCHITECTS, INC. provided complete architectural services for the project from schematic design through construction administration and coordinated civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services.
