Bobst is a Swiss company that manufactures packaging materials and equipment. The 33 ft. high facility is a pre-engineered metal building designed with vertical metal wall panels and curtain wall systems and a structural concrete slab, on precast concrete piles, designed for 300 lbs. per sq. ft. The design also incorporated two 25 ton cranes in the manufacturing area and allowed for future building expansion.

The first floor includes lobby, conference rooms, cafeteria, visitor dining room, men's and women's toilets, locker rooms and showers, compressor room, guard station and manufacturing area. The second floor mezzanine includes administrative offices, open office area, copy room, conference room and men's and women's toilets.
