The Avery Dennison facility produces bar code type product labels. The 28 ft. high facility is a pre-engineered metal building with structural concrete slab on steel piles, designed for 350 lbs per sq. ft. The entire building is air conditioned and is equipped with a fire sprinkler system.
The first floor includes reception/waiting area, conference rooms, manager's offices, cafeteria, men's and women's toilets and locker rooms, xerox/laser room imprinter area, production area, plate making room, dark room, storage, shipping and receiving office and loading dock area. The second floor mezzanine includes administrative offices, meeting rooms, training room, conference rooms, open office area and men's and women's toilets.
