Andrew products and expertise are found in communication systems throughout the world including various types of computer
communication equipment. The 23 foot high facility is pre-engineered metal building designed with horizontal metal wall
panels.

The manufacturing portion of the facility includes: manufacturing area, compressor room, shipping/receiving, truck dock,
maintenance repair, switchgear and generator rooms. The two story office portion of the facility includes: lobby, display area,
reception, conference room, offices, training room, employee dining, food service, men‘s and women‘s toilets, locker rooms
and showers. A separate building was designed to include a transformer and switch gear room, and fire pump and supply water room. The site also included the design of two guard stations and bicycle storage.

HJM ARCHITECTS, INC. provided comprehensive architectural services for the project and coordinated the civil, structural,
mechanical and electrical engineering services.
