Plant
3-story building designed with flat and ribbed metal wall panels and split face concrete block. Structural system for the first
floor and second floor is reinforced concrete, and the third floor is steel pre-engineered framing system with metal roof. The
entire building is equipped with fire sprinkler system. The first floor includes: lobby/reception, canteen, training room, meeting
room, manufacturing area (plating, stamping, molding, and tool room), warehouse, and mechanical and electrical rooms. The
second floor includes: offices, and assembly line area. The third floor is designed for future use.

Dormitory
7-story reinforced concrete structure, with brick infill and plaster finish. Fire protection consists of fire hose in each stair at
each floor. The first floor includes lobby, a 500-people canteen, mechanical and electrical room, and living units. The second
floor includes recreation area and living units. The third through the seventh floor are living units. There is a roof patio on the
third floor as well. All living units can accommodate up to 1,736 people.
