The 14 meter high two story addition is a pre-engineered metal building with a high tech. design using stywall flat metal panels and has a structural concrete slab on grade designed for 300 lbs./sq. ft. on cast-in-place concrete piles.

This facility includes: freight elevator, warehouse, plating area, die repair, 10kv electrical equipment room, chiller room, mechanical equipment room, manufacturing area, offices, canteen room, general assembly room, men's and women's toilets, locker rooms and showers and shipping/ receiving loading dock area.
