The Laminate Systems Manufacturing facility is a pre-engineered metal building designed with a precast aggregate panel wall system, stylwall metal panels and a typical corrugated metal panel system. The entire building has a structural concrete slab on grade designed for 250 lbs/sq.ft. on precast concrete piles and is equipped with a fire sprinkler system throughout. A separate structure on site was designed for the storm water retention tank and AST building.

This facility includes: entrance canopy, lobby, conference room, general office, cafeteria/food services, men's/women's showers, lockers and toilets, Q.A. laboratory, press room w/ press pit, fire pump room, treater lab, etcher room, carpenter room, shipping/receiving loading dock and exterior bicycle shelter. This building also includes class 10,000 clean facilities for the products assembly lines such as lay-up area, B-stage area and ply-up area.
