HJM Architects, Inc. designed the master plan and entire complex for the center and more recently designed a 20,000 sq. ft. addition to the Price Chopper store which will total 65,000 sq. ft. The center includes a 19,000 sq. ft. Osco Drug store, and a 20,000 sq. ft. May Nursery store. The steel frame structure is 1,200 feet in length with a sloping site that has an elevation difference of 45 feet. The exterior walls are steel studs with a synthetic plaster (exterior insulation finish) system.
