7 story building = 184,500 square feet

This office complex was designed by Richard Hu, a principal with HJM Architects. The 7 story multi-tenant spec office building is linked to the 6 story single tenant build to suit office building via a single story section containing a fitness center, deli, and loading dock. Site planning and the design of an above ground parking facility was also included in this work.

The steel structure is clad in granite faced precast concrete on the first floor, and pre-cast concrete with exposed aggregate on the upper floors, Low_E glazing was also incorporated for an energy efficient design.
