This renovation project consisted of a new addition and renovation of the exisitng Manor Bakery in the Westport area of Kansas City, Missouri, which included offices, retail shops, restaurants, a food court, theaters, the KCMO AM/FM Radio Station and a 660 car parking structure.
A Historic Preservation Certification Application was prepared for the project. Repair and alteration of the existing structure was executed carefully to preserve the original character and details. HJM received an Urban Design Award for this project.
