This was a personal experience project by Powell Minnis while employed by PGAV, Inc.
To accommodate its growing public services demand, Johnson County, Kansas in suburban Kansas City commissioned the design and construction of this 190,000 square foot Administration Building. The design incorporates features of the original county courthouse which was demolished in 1950.
Modular, open office system furniture and a state-of-the-art grid of electrical and communication systems provide a flexible office plan.
