This 3 floor, mixed-use project is designed as a reincarnation of a 19th century loft-converted industrial building. With a restaurant at street level, 2 condo units on the second floor, and a penthouse on the third floor, the building packs a lot of program into a narrow 30 foot lot. Each residence faces the street with a 16 foot window-wall, allowing light to penetrate deep into their mezzanine-divided interiors. Tall ceilings, structural expressiveness, simple low-tech material and open floor plans reinforce the loft feeling of the residences.
