This 16 story Corporate Woods landmark was designed by Hsiang Wu, a senior designer with HJM. Designed as an up-scale multi-tenant speculative office, it’s located at the center of Corporate Woods. Building 40 is the tallest building in Overland Park and offers fantastic views from any location in the building. The 510 parking spaces provided for the building are embedded in the rich natural landscape of the office park. The structure is poured-in-place concrete with exposed aggregate precast concrete panels, tinted glazing and a 3 inch granite clad base. The design includes a 2 story penthouse for executive offices, accessed by a private elevator and interior support facilities including a restaurant and health club.
