Located at the corner of College Boulevard and Antioch Road, the 8 story multi-tenant speculative office building was unified within the steep sloping site by means of its three entrances. Each entrance serves a different floor of the building, connected to separate parking lots for a total of 400 cars. The structure is poured-in-place concrete with precast concrete panels and tinted glazing.
