This multi tenant project contains 206 unit apartments. The plan is simple and elegant. Twin atriums are connected by elevator bays, giving each resident a large exterior view, as well as a window overlooking one of the two sun filled atriums. Staggered planters along the balcony edges incorporate nature into the space in a dramatic fashion. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, locker rooms, game room, and dining facilities. Cozy lounges are scattered around the 2nd floor balconies, overlooking the atrium spaces.
