Completion of the project within budget is a primary concern. We take proactive measures against cost overruns by first analyzing the project program against the project budget. Is it a realistic budget? Were the initial cost estimates based on accurate and up-to-date cost data? We keep our projects within the budget by designing with a sense of ownership and taking a creative approach in the use of materials.


The project principal will be responsible for scheduling and performance of all in-house activities and the work of our consultants. Architects and staff become available as necessary to meet the project development schedule.


QC is built into the very structure of our firms. All projects receive intense scrutiny from the assigned project principal. It is our goal to not produce errors, rather than find and rectify them later. This team approach to quality control has resulted in fewer drawing errors and more efficient production.
